Our mentorship program provides a safe environment where young men can find hope, healing, and belonging as they age out of foster care. Through small groups, family dinners, and one-on-one relationships, we offer encouragement and spiritual guidance.
Equip
The Joshua Project helps break the cycle of instability across generations by providing young men with a stable place to call home. We help our mentees secure independent housing, giving them a strong foundation from which to build their adult lives.
Empower
Through job placement and life-skills training, we equip our mentees with the tools and values they need to succeed in the workplace or pursue further education. Our vision is a world where every young man who ages out of foster care has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Enrich
We enrich the lives of young men entering adulthood through steadfast support and a sense of belonging. We guide them toward spiritual growth and becoming resilient, confident, compassionate individuals who have a positive impact on their community.
